• 90% of new laptops are covered under international warranty due to the non-presence of service centres in Pakistan. Warranty claims for new laptops take 30 to 90+ days, with additional charges for shipping and handling.
• Other products under warranty are first checked by our technical staff. Minor issues are resolved immediately; major defects require shipment to the company, taking 10 to 40 days.
• Physical damage, burning, and breakage are not covered under warranty.
• Warranty is void if any seal on the product is broken, as it prevents unauthorized repairs.
• Packing, boxes, invoices, and warranty cards are required to claim warranty. Missing any of these voids the warranty.
• Once the warranty period expires, it cannot be claimed. Bring the product to the store immediately to avoid delays. Phone or email notifications do not extend the warranty period.
• Damage to screens, hinges, speakers, keyboards, chargers, and batteries is not covered. Only mainboard malfunctions, RAM, and hard drives are covered for laptops.
• The company is not responsible for data loss during the warranty process. Please back up your data before handing over the machine.
• Customers may notice heating in laptops, especially gaming ones with graphic cards. This is normal, and the laptop will shut down if it overheats.
• Software issues, including malware attacks, are not covered under warranty. Our technical staff can assist you, but this is not part of the warranty.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Cash and bank transfers are accepted for in-store purchases.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), please confirm your order.
• A 10% to 50% advance payment is required for COD, depending on the product's value. Once confirmed, the order is dispatched, and the carrier will contact you within 2 to 5 days. The remaining amount, including delivery charges, is payable in Pakistani Rupees upon receipt.
